Parking brake locked up
I have a 98 intl. 4700 it's juice brakes,I has sat over the winter today I when to move it to it's summer parking,and the wheels will not move.I have checked the fluid levels and they're good,checked the parking brake lever it's off,the truck try's to move forward but acts like the brakes are on.I'm not a big mechanic but can try a few things,I don't have alot of auto tools.Ideas.

Try rapping on the drums with a hammer. Maybe that will jar them loose. Then make sure your brakes are actually functional. If they are, drive it to a place where someone with tools can take the wheels off and pull the drums to make sure they really work properly.

If it hasn't been moved since last winter the brake shoes have more than likely rusted to the drums. As bigyellowpete said hit them with a hammer should brake them free.

I have a 01 international tow truck also has juice brakes and the pb wont set, any ideas you can email me or message me back and any help would be greatly appreciated.
